To protect our indoor linens, bath towels are not permitted in the pool area. • Note on Cooling: There is no AC in the unit. We provide fans for your comfort, and the townhome stays naturally cool if the windows are opened during the evening hours. • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Per Town of Mammoth Lakes Ordinance). • Rental Agreement Required: Guests are required to sign a separate Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking to finalize their reservation.
