The modern, fully stocked kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. For your morning brew, you'll find a drip coffee maker, French press, and a Keurig with complimentary starter K-pods and tea. Home Highlights: • Blazing-Fast Wi-Fi: Stay connected or stream with confidence using our high-speed internet, clocked at 549 Mbps. • Entertainment: Unwind with a 50” Smart TV/Roku in the living room (log into your own streaming accounts), plus a selection of board games and puzzles. • Convenience: An in-unit washer and dryer and quality Kirkland Signature toiletries are provided for your comfort. • Gear Storage: Securely store up to 6 sets of skis or snowboards on our indoor gravity hangers near the entry. • Private Balcony: Enjoy views of the snowy, wooded surroundings from your private outdoor balcony. • No Pets: This is a firm rule. Bringing a pet will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund and a deep-cleaning fee. • No Smoking: Our home is a strictly smoke-free zone (including e-cigarettes/vaping). • No Parties: To respect our neighbors, please no large gatherings or unauthorized events. • No Shoes Inside: We maintain a 'shoes-off' policy to keep the floors clean and cozy for everyone. • BYO Pool Towel: Please bring your own pool towels for the complex pool and hot tubs. To protect our indoor linens, bath towels are not permitted in the pool area. • Note on Cooling: There is no AC in the unit. We provide fans for your comfort, and the townhome stays naturally cool if the windows are opened during the evening hours. • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Per Town of Mammoth Lakes Ordinance). • Rental Agreement Required: Guests are required to sign a separate Rental Agreement by 72 hours before arrival to finalize their reservation.
